Awesome 3 hour fishing trip!
We had an awesome 3 hour fishing trip out on Lake Maporika. Our skipper was great and gave us time to cast and also troll. We were fishing for brown trout and salmon and unfortunately didn’t catch any but it was still a great night out on the lake. We did see a long fun brown eel and a fish jump out of the water which was super interesting. Would definitely recommend this fishing trip to anyone who loves getting out on the water.

Can we keep the fish?
Yes if you catch a legal size fish you can keep it, anything smaller will be released. Your skipper will clean and prepare the fish for you.
We recommend bringing along BBQ food from the shop so you can hook right into BBQing and enjoying the lake at the start of your tour.
We have never fished before - is this ok?
That’s fine, our skipper will provide you with full tuition and equipment.
Some people don’t want to fish on the tour - will they get bored?
Our fishing tour boat has a large covered cabin area where your group can relax and hang out, enjoy the scenery and a cup or tea/coffee or a cold BYO beverage. The skipper on board provides unique local knowledge and can keep even the non-fishers in the group entertained.
CANCELLATION
We want you to be confident when you book directly with us! We provide hassle-free full refunds without any penalties. We do ask that any cancellations and changes are made a full 24 hours prior to the trip time. Cancellations made within the 24 hour time frame cannot be refunded (for any reason including medical or other) so please let us know in time if you need to change, or cancel your booking! Private/Group bookings or charters incur a 48 hour cancellation policy.
We reserve the right to cancel tours if minimum numbers are not met or in the event of unsafe conditions, in which case full refunds are issued.
